The Club Water Safety Audit is a recognised part of each club's affiliation and must be completed once a year and submitted using our online form, no later than Saturday 31^st December 2011.

If there are legitimate reasons for not being able to achieve this, then it is essential your Regional Water Safety Adviser be informed as soon as possible before the deadline.
